Moving from a dream into an actual business can for many people stop right there. It stays in your head and just doesn't go any further. Others do act on that strong desire to begin that scary journey. Well I can say that you are not on your own. I was scared! I was very scared but I could use this emotion ( fear is only an emotion) to help to move me into a new life, try a new journey or let it keep me where I was. Scared, not earning what I needed to achieve my desires. I stepped out. So can you! I know it seems daunting.. it is but many have done it and so can you. I want to help people to gather your armor and help you to choose your weapons and attack your fears.
I have begun a new journey and again the fear has surfaced. I have put on a brave face as I know if young girls can face nights and days on their own in a little boat in a vast ocean I can step into the unknown with you and share my words with you.

- I am the founder of Bodysense By Shaz. My business came after breakdown of my marriage and I decided to start my own business. I had been a nurse and then put that career on hold to raise my four children. I had helped my husband to run our business for 15 years and this helped me with the decision to begin my own business. I trained into a Diploma of Remedial Massage. I opened my business in 2003 and it has steadily grown since then. I continued my studies and included beauty services. Many clients presented with neck and shoulder problems, which in turn caused me to follow further studies to learn how to help them in a more efficient style. I enrolled with the Niel- Asher Technique after coming across the web site in 2011. I have since trained with Reiki, Hypnotherapy and become a Master of NLP and Time Line Therapy (R). This helps me to coach other Wellness therapists to improve their practices to get more clients and increase profits. I am committed to the utmost standards of customer service. I nurture highly motivated, hard working people into better health by decreasing the pain and stress from your body, encouraging higher levels of productivity and profitability.
